There is a new report available in ARGOS that could be
useful to advisors. It’s located in the Enrollment Services folder titled
"STUDENT_RETENTION_CONTACT."
This report shows current term students who have not
registered for the next term's classes (e.g. Fall 2016 students who haven't registered for Spring 2017). The report excludes anyone who has applied to
graduate during the current term. It will show the students' current academic standing,
financial aid SAP status, and if they have any active registration holds on
SOAHOLD. It also lists their campus and contact info.
